I took my Black 2006 Infiniti M35 there to get serviced, an oil change and a full inspection on safety and performance, but they failed to inform me about the airbags recall! A week later my car was totalled due to hydroplane cause the front tires, that they said still good for now! The airbags didn't deploy, thank GoD my daughter wasn't with me!

Bought a used car from them the other day Sunday the 19th. The car has a smokey smell to it and when I purchased it they agreed to detail and clean the car to get the smell out. I made an appointment yesterday for today at 1030am. Got here at 10:25am checked in and now it's 11:20am and no one has approached me and said anything. My relationship with Infiniti is officially over. Don't be surprised if your engine light magically appears after an oil change. Then they will deny your request to pay for repairs because it's out of warranty. My car is a 2010 with just 108,000 miles.
