Worst customer service I've experienced at any dealer. After making an appointment and requesting a loaner beforehand, I show up at my scheduled time (early AM) and I'm told they have no loaners. I request a shuttle to go back home and leave for work and I'm told I live way out of their range (5 miles). After leaving my car I call 5 hours later (FIVE) and ask for an update; I'm told my car is next. NEXT?! What the hell have they been doing this whole time?
