Staff (Adam - sales, Justin - delivery, Paul - finance) was courteous and professional. Dealership vehicle selection offered a lot to choose from and I was happy to get a vehicle of my choosing. Website is helpful in doing pre-visit research so as to make your time with the staff more productive. Adam was honest and thorough going over vehicle histories and he's fun on the test drives. Justin went over probably every feature on the vehicle - and there are many - without making you feel overwhelmed.

I just got my second car from Inifinit Naperville and had my second good experience. I worked with Alex Jacquez both times and both times he was very straight forward and worked to get me the price I wanted. I also spent less time at this dealership for both purchases combined than any other single purchase prior 😅

My husband and I walked into the dealership on a busy Saturday to look at the Infiniti QX60.
