I visited this location to upgrade to a better car. Kevin was extremely helpful and fought tooth and nail to try to get me the car I wanted. I wasn't able to get the car but he helped me out with a personal matter still!! Highly recommended and I will go with this dealer (and Kevin) next time I'm looking to buy a car.
Visiting this dealership was the most pleasant experience ever. The sales staff are on point and real easy to work with. Free coffee and doughnuts and cookies. They have a souvenir shop where I was able to buy a travelers tumbler, polo shirts and golf balls. I can represent Infiniti anywhere I go now. The service department is top of the line. Replaced my QX60 with another QX60 without considering other options simply because the Naperville Infiniti dealership and service department is so good and local family owned. Antoine in Service (ex-Navy/DHS), John in Sales, and Paul the business manager are great to deal with and have more than earned my business. And love the table top tech in the business office.
Bought car a few years ago. That experience was not smooth but they made it right. Fast forward two years, service department is rude and difficult to work with. Prices are ridiculous. I will be looking for another service department to work on my car as long as I own it (it is in need of some repairs already)and won’t buy another Infiniti when I’m ready for a new car.
Not so helpful in service department And when they couldn’t fix the problem again they just threatened to charge me for the loaner car. I was sick and couldn’t drive In. They have a vallet service but refused to even check if they could drop off my car ! Doubt I will ever buy this car again

RecommendedUntil I left with only a half tank of gas in the new vehicle and discovered that my CDs I left in the trade-in vehicle got stolen(inside job), I had a pleasant sales experience! Doug was easy to work with as was the impressive finance department and the facility! But grab all your personal items.........w
