Came in for a flat tire. While I know it was unscheduled, I do think three hours waiting without being offered a loaner was a bit much.
My family leased a Qx60 from Infiniti of Manhasset. The service was great and we finished everything very quickly. We are also taking the car to the service center and we could not be happier. The entire staff is wonderful and I would highly recommend them.
The staff here is great I don't own an infinity but deal with parts dept Just recently need tech support on a Q50x and the service manager went beyond my expectations
