Worst service experience. We sat over 2 hours waiting for an oil change. When we questioned why it was so long after an hour they said it will be done soon. Another hour later we went to ask what was going on and they couldn’t find our car. Turns out they took our keys and lost the paperwork so it was just parked in a spot and never worked on. Totally unacceptable!
Always have a positive experience here. I’ve owned Infinitis for over 10 years and I wouldn’t take mine anywhere else. Joe bosco always takes the best care of my car. Great dealership!
The loaner car is disgustingly dirty, how they allow a car to leave like this!? I don’t ,Expect a premium dealer to let stuff like this slip by
