I was supposed to meet my wife, daughter and her fiancé who were already away for the weekend only to find out Friday evening I had a flat. I went to Infiniti of Manhasset first thing Saturday morning. I explained what happened to my service consultant David Chin and although I didn't have an appointment he had me out of service by 9AM. By 10:30AM I was on the beach. David was great and it is going that extra yard that really makes a customer feel special.
I went to this location for service and oil change this morning. The advisor was friendly and professional. After I picked up and drove off, the tire pressure light went on for one my my tires. The paperwork showed that they checked the tires but I’m not sure if they do their job properly.

The service here is always fabulous. My service advisor Joe Bosco is the best in the business. I own two Infinitis. Both bought here, and both service here. You can't go wrong with Infiniti of Manhasset.
Please beware. After selling me on a car I don't think they ever thought they could get for me I gave a $1000 deposit. Needless to say the car is unavailable and I still haven't received my money back. Stay away.
