Check your cars the service department is terrible they charge you infinity price but give you shade tree work
Dustin did an excellent job by explaining everything to me at my service appointment. He made sure I was getting what I need done.
Horrible experience with the service center. I dropped my car off for an oil change when I got back wasn't told a price by the advisor and was just sent to check out. They then brought my vehicle up I had to ask the advisor take the seat covering, paper on the floor and the steering wheel cover off. Then I get in all of my service alerts are still lit up on the dash and there wasn't a new sticker on the windshield definitely a lack of effort and care in their service department will never be back.
This is a shout out to Jonathan King (JJ). 6 months ago i had a routine service which multiple issue came up. Delay in service, confusion and bad customer service. This was address with a previous customer manager (no longer working there). I called to speak with the customer manager which was JJ. JJ asked me to give his service department another chance and which i did. Let me say, a complete 180 from what it was before. Talk about service. Thank you and ill be coming back. What ever he is doing, keep it up!
