I recently purchased a QX 80 2017 from my favorite guys at Infinity. This is number five from them. The last 2015 QX80 went swimming thru no fault of my own and she drowned! I needed a new one ASAP so Tom and Kyle went to work and had me in my new one by night. These guys know how to get tit done and done right. My car has been stolen on a flat bad truck and dropped off by the thief to this dealership with request to make a key. The Infiniti dealer issued a key to my car without my authorization and without asking for the proof of ownership. The thief was D. Peterson according to signature on the work order. I have called two times and spoke to the Infiniti service person named Britney and she denied both times about my car being there. If she wouldn't lie the vehicle could be recovered at that point. Wonderful group of people very nice and eager to serve you and help in anyway they can didn't take long to be waited on very nice.
I was there out of necessity. I had to have my recalled airbag replaced. When first arriving and speaking with the technician, i mentioned that I thought the oil change I was requesting should be free. I reasoned that since it has been such a hassle not to be able to have a passenger in the front seat I should at least be rewarded some way. No, no they did not agree with me. However I did get an inspection and car wash free. Made my 2006 car look pretty spiffy.
