Bought my suv last November. The suv is ok. Has not blown my mind but didn’t need anything to fancy because of two young kids trashing it. Scheduled a service here because when we bought it our salesman said oil changes were included as well as loaner cars. When I called to schedule this tonya argues this is never the case with Infiniti. Finally after much back and forth and asking her to look it up there oil changes are included.
