This past Monday we arrived at Infiniti of Birmingham and was assisted by Kyle Roberts we had come in response to a car advertised on Facebook marketplace. We were treated like family and constantly had everyone offer to assist us in every way from refreshment and snacks,but most importantly they seemed glad you were there. Horrible Cars & Service. brand new QX 30 has 2 dead batteries, cars under full Warranty but we're stuck with no vehicle, no loaner car. Definitely going back to Mercedes.. never went without a car when i dealt with Mercedes.
EVERYONE was so kind and professional! From the time we walked in the door, until our goodbye before we drove off in our new car it was a very pleasant experience.
Blake and Mark did a great job working with me to close a deal; I highly recommend this dealership!
