We were treated like family and constantly had everyone offer to assist us in every way from refreshment and snacks,but most importantly they seemed glad you were there. Horrible Cars & Service. brand new QX 30 has 2 dead batteries, cars under full Warranty but we're stuck with no vehicle, no loaner car. Definitely going back to Mercedes.. never went without a car when i dealt with Mercedes.
