Everyone cares about my needs no matter how large or small The service department is outstanding. If I need a loaner car they have it ready for me. If the time is short I can wait in the most attractive and well appointed waiting area...a great place to read or write or just catch your breath with a fresh cup of coffee(Community of course). I have owned several models of Infiniti cars and would always go to the dealership in Metairie and all ways had mediocre service. After recent purchase of 2020 QX60 I decided I would no longer deal with that dealership and would take the drive roughly an 1 hour to have my vehicle serviced .
