Going to the dentist/orthodontist is not something that people typically want to do. But when you do have to go, Dr. Patel is the best I have ever met. Even your initial contact with his professional staff makes you comfortable. They are knowledgable and will educate you about your procedure as much as you want to know. This time spent just talking/educating people is not directly how they make money, but they spend the time anyways, never rushing, always asking you questions and, most importantly, *listening to your answers... read more
From the moment I walked in, to the minute I walked out I was treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Dr. Patel was so great and even let me know what procedures I might need in the future. My dental assistant was so professional and sweet and made sure I was comfortable for the entire procedure. And the gal that checked me out was also kind and informative. Highly recommend this group!!!
By far the best Dentist and Dental Staff in the entire Columbus Region! Further, best experience I have had at Dental Office in all of my experiences and various areas I have lived.
