I definitely appreciated the fact I had the 5 p.m. time slot and three staff there for me but I would also understand for scale of efficiencies if that time slot went away too. I would still come regardless as I always get top notch client service at your practice.
Appts made really far in advance for the next visit don't need to show up via text and email immediately...
I had two visits this week; Monday with Dr. Sam to repair two cavities, and Thursday with Joy for a cleaning. Dr. Sam did a great job on the cavities. Also, he was very honest with me as to whether I needed remove a "post" that is protruding slightly into my gum (not needed at this time). Joy, as usual, is just "the best" dental hygienist.
