Went to a family member's performance here in a show the group put on and we were all thoroughly impressed with the high caliber of talent and tricks. The group support and inclusion amongst these artists was beautiful to see and the coaches are well respected. My family member started with little experience but in a year has grown so much and absolutely loves getting stronger and better with this amazing group of people.
Had private lessons with Betty yesterday and it was such a great experience! As someone who hasn't seen a gym in years, this was so far outside my comfort zone but she made the experience so enjoyable and comfortable that this is definitely something I look forward to doing again. Betty is incredible at what she does and her passion for silks shines through with her teaching.
Both my 6 year old and 10 year old have taken classes at Iness for the last couple of years. They both absolutely adore the instructors and have a lot of fun. BUT we just hosted my 10 year olds birthday party there today and the kids had an absolute blast. They did a great job; and they’ve only been in their new space a week!! It’s not cheap, but I’d say it’s worth the money.
