Had private lessons with Betty yesterday and it was such a great experience! As someone who hasn't seen a gym in years, this was so far outside my comfort zone but she made the experience so enjoyable and comfortable that this is definitely something I look forward to doing again. Betty is incredible at what she does and her passion for silks shines through with her teaching.
Both my 6 year old and 10 year old have taken classes at Iness for the last couple of years. They both absolutely adore the instructors and have a lot of fun. BUT we just hosted my 10 year olds birthday party there today and the kids had an absolute blast. They did a great job; and they’ve only been in their new space a week!! It’s not cheap, but I’d say it’s worth the money.
Everyone at inesS is so kind and welcoming! Even when I had to take a break due to an injury, it was like I had never left when I returned! It has quickly become my home away from home ♡ There are such a variety of classes (pole, silks, hoop, heels, and more!) and levels you will definitely fit in and everyone is there to cheer you on! The hardest part? How do you choose what to take!? ☺️
