My son started running a fever Monday after swimming at this location Saturday. By Tuesday morning his temp was 104.9 and started having facial swelling. After a day in the ER he was transferred to PM Children's Hospital. Not for certain this is were he contracted a severe bacterial infection, but we will be requesting a copy of the records for testing of this pool. The smell of chlorine was so high (which is usually a sign something is off). We wont go back.
We have had a lot of fun there! I just hope it is open again!
It's always really cold in there, the water isn't warm either, then they have industrial fan blowing in the corner. My kids lips were shivering, in the water. Please turn up the heat! We love coming though, life guards are on it, the slides are fun, and overall pretty clean.
we took the parent and me swim classes with our 6 month old. she loved it! our instructor was fantastic.
