Jeff is a great coach with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He knows how to motivate his athletes to perform at their potential. All the members are friendly, supportive and helpful. What more could you ask for from a Crossfit box?
Indy Crossfit has truly changed my life. Having a coach with over 10 years of experience, you can't not transform your fitness. But beyond that, I have found a home at Indy Crossfit. The members and coach are my family, and I look forward to coming in everyday. By visiting many other gyms, I can easily say there is no place like Indy's original gym, Indy Crossfit.
