I went in and got my haircut by Kristin, she was really nice and gave me the exact cut I asked for. The pricing is really competitive so I can actually afford to get my haircut more than once every few months. The products she used were also really nice and there were no pushy sales tactics here that a lot of places use. 10/10 will be back.

My husband has been to Elephant in the Room and absolutely loved his experience. The desk managers greeted us with a smile and possitive attitude and made the experience that much better. The hair cut he received looked awesome. I have referred others to this salon.

Terrible communication I called to see if they could get me in and they said they could I asked to see if they do walk ins and told me that they do for me to drive 15 minutes out and to show up and she tells me she’s booked never coming back again!
