Indoor Solutions provided excellent customer service! My A.C. started blowing hot hair Sunday late afternoon and a friend of mine Sam Rhodes, referred me to them. He also called the owner, Terry and he immediately called me. I told him we could wait til the next day as a friend had lent me a window unit to use so I could sleep comfortably. A technician came by, diagnosed it and ended up replacing the capacitor. Very pleased customer! Thanks!

Compressor failed to come on last week. Called Indoor Solutions at 8 AM the next morning and they had a tech available and Jesse was at my house by 9 o'clock. He tried a new capacitor but problem was a hard short in the motor. That afternoon Brad came out and gave me a proposal and I signed a contract. The next Tuesday two installers, Kevin and Shaun, spent all day installing the new equipment. I checked and air coming out of he vents in 56 degrees. Jesse was the technician who serviced my central air conditioner unit. I called the day after a holiday, so I wasn't expecting to receive same day service. I called around 8:30 - 9:00 in the morning and it is now 12:23 and I am in a nice cool house. It was a bad capacitor. Jesse was very through and knowledgeable in his job, was very friendly and explained what he was doing. Thank you for your help Jesse!
