RecommendedI got home yesterday and my AC was not working!!! I called Indoor Solutions and since they have an after hours service, they had me back cooling before the evening was over! I am so grateful!!! The heat index this week has been well over 100 degrees, so there’s no way we could have stayed there without air! I appreciate the service!!!

My a/c broke on a friday night. I called ISI on Saturday morning and within 1 hour Jesse Gordon arrived and quickly fixed my a/c. Jesse was respectful, knowledgeable and courteous. I've used ISI several times and haven't had any problems. But this time they outdid themselves in customer service, arriving less than an hour on a saturday shocked me.
All the employees are courteous and respectful. They are knowledgeable about their work. They are dependable.
Very disappointed. Had them come out to fix my unit. Paid them close to $3,000.00. My unit is still not operating. They have had to come to my house at least 6 times. I had someone come out from a different business to do a diagnosis on my unit. He told me the compressor that I paid over $1,000.00 for is damaged. Indoor Solutions offered me a solution "Buy a new unit". The least expensive one is around $8,000.00.
I would highly recommend this company to do any home inspection! They were thorough and very helpful answering any questions I had.
Have been and continue to be the best HVAC provider that I've ever used. Chris was here on time and serviced our Bryant heat pump, which was ORIGINALLY installed by ISI. Thanks for the continued support. I have and will continue to recommend your service to everyone. BTW this was a semi annual preventive service call, on time and professional as always....
