My wife found these guys on Groupon and I, sadly, did not check reviews first. Like others in the reviews, they “found” mold in an almost new AC unit (apparently this is their thing). I purchased a Groupon for Air duct cleaning and got totally scammed. Total bait and switch with these guys! Don’t waste your time and money! Not only did they show up an hour and a half late, they tried to tell me I had mold on my brand new AC unit, wanted to charge me $300 extra and showed me an old video of someone else’s unit!! no working ethics??? paid them 1200$ and such poor service. Called them several times. They gave me and appointment after 2 weeks and it turns out to be a no show. it was a no show by the owner of the company and then i tried to keep another appointment as they did not do a good job. Owner says i don't have a long ladder enough. My warranty ends in 3 months and then the owner promised to come as soon as possible and as an apology offered 1yr extension of warranty. We sincerely apologize for your negative experience but the owner has talked to you several times and informed you at your initial cleaning that the company does not have a 30 ft ladder to reach the vent you wanted to be cleaned.
