Wonderful staff and wonderful people that live in the complex. Everyone is very respectful and I feel VERY safe!!! I have been here almost a year now!
They kept on changing management. I've had several issues with the apartment's AC/heater. They always had to close down the pool so we rarely used the pool. The gate is always broken so I didn't feel really secured. I was just so glad to get out of there ASAP! It also took forever to get my security deposit back. Not recommended.
Awful place to live. Bug problems, broken appliances, awful service. Worst place I have ever lived.
The water is not working here at lovely indigo park for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. Just add it to the list of many reasons I would not recommend living here.
Indigo Park is def a luxury apartment. The only issue I have is the fact that bbq grills are not allowed on the porch, but that is included in the lease. The community and management are very nice. Also, the gate is sometimes broken from idiots running into it.
Worst management, lies, deceit, and theft of security deposits. Poor maintenance. Definitely overpriced for the quality of service and amenities you receive.
