I have been living here since 2017 and it has been peaceful. It is very quiet with beautiful landscaping. Pre COVID there was always activities going on. There is a neighbor here that has his own food truck with delicious food and he partners with the apartments all the time when there is activities. I even had to transfer from a two bedroom to a one(for my own needs of downsizing) and they made the process easy. Ive been living at Indigo Park for over a year now and have had a great experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and always get tasks accomplished in a timely manner. Mady and Britt have always left a smile on my face! If youre looking for a great community id definitely recommend Indigo park by Cortland! 5 stars!
The staff here takes your money knowing they have no apartments available and then tries to make you wait an entire month for the $200 deposit. I never even moved into the apt because they told me they didn’t have any available! So why would you even take my money? It definitely wasn’t a fault of MINE, it was theirs! & if I have to drive 3 hours to get EVERY PENNY, I WILL! VERY unprofessional! Do not know how to communicate NON WHATSOEVER!
