I stayed here for a year and a half and started to have issues with the staff. They give unnecessary fines, and have had over 18 cars broken into within a short time frame. My purse was stolen a few months ago and I was told by a staff member that they would have cameras coming soon in the parking lots. It has been over 8 months and there still isn't any cameras and folks cars are still getting broken into. The apartment complex itself is beautiful, just not the staff. I've been a resident here for a year now and we just transferred to a larger unit and signed another 1-year lease. Management changed hands after we first moved in and since then there have been significant improvements in the community. Of course it's not an overnight process but we've been very pleased with the responsiveness of the office staff. Terribly managed, maintenance staff was a joke, smells like a sewer plant 300 days out of the year depending on which way the wind blows... Good square footage for the price - Literally the only reason I stayed
