My family and I have enjoyed our stay here. The environment here is friendly, quiet, and elegant. The staff here has helped to build a family like culture. Maintenance is a minimum but when they are needed they get it done quickly. I personally enjoy the workout facility. Its super convenient and a variety of machines to choose from. One of the best features is the resort style pool which is coming in handy this hot summer. Overall I would say its an awesome place to be and easy access to most of the cities main attractions.

In October it will be 3 years since living here. I wouldn’t have it any other way! It’s a family community, peaceful, safe, the maintenance guys are outstanding and most importantly to me...NO BUGS. You will not find another community that will give you the square footage for the price you will get here. Trust me, I’ve done my research. I plan on living here for another few years while raising my baby and saving for our (eventually) owned home. For now, I am more than content to have Indigo Park as my home. P.S. YES!!! Relocating soon to Baton Rouge and while apartment hunting, I stumbled across Indigo Park by Cortland. Almost immediately after walking through their front door, I knew this was where I wanted to be! Office staff ROCKS....(Thanks Ladies for all your help!😁) Knowledgeable about the surrounding area and extremely helpful. Southern hospitality, at it's finest! 👍❤#READY2MOVE
