The level of care and service was terrible. The doctor didn’t want to touch me or my son not sure if it was race related or she’s scared of COVID even though I was not there for COVID.I was misdiagnosed went to MedCheck today for an accurate diagnosis and a much better patient experience.
Don't come here for anything! Only 5 ppl waiting, but took 1.5 hrs to answer the phone. Nurse put me back on hold for 15 additional minutes to run my cc... I got the confirmation text within the first 2 mins. Ppl are literally sitting OUTSIDE in cars and waiting on hold in 85° temps, with their children... Then the same Nurse had the nerve to be rude and huffy once we finally made it inside... With the way of the world right now, having to tell medical professionals to be more considerate is sad! Had the same test as my fiance, still haven't received results. The results for his test are already back. Had mine done 2 days prior. No one will help me.
This is my 4 year old grandbaby. Was rushed to Immediate care on 10th St, Indianapolis yesterday afternoon. My daughter called several times on the way there, kept going to vm. When she got there she jumped out and took him to the door, he was still bleeding and stuff coming out and trying to sleep. She knocked on the door and then banging it.
