We went to the Immediate Care in Nora. Service and treatment were good and professional . However, when we received our bill it was unclear what we were being charged or even if they had submitted any of our charges to our in insurance company. When we tried to reach the billing department we waited 45 minutes and no one answered . We also left voicemails several times and no one returned our call. this place is not professional at all!! I have been on hold for an hour and can not get my test results which were supposed to be in email 2 days ago......needless to say i am VERY ANGRY!!!! olny chose 1 star cause i had to, i give them NO STARS!!!!!!!!
Place is trash was on the phone queue for 2 hours and 3 minutes. Finally went through the registration. Waited and waited. Finally some one comes to my window “the system is down”. Omfg. They probably lost track of who was next. You can at least go around car to car trying to sort this out. I mean it is part of your jobs now. I was there from 11:30am to 4:30 pm I hate u for wasting my time you’ll get what u deserve bunch of stupid klowns
RecommendedGreat service here. Waiting in the parking lot was called in in a timely fashion it seemed like I needed to get my ears cleaned and they took good care of me and got me squared away and back on my way.
The level of care and service was terrible. The doctor didn’t want to touch me or my son not sure if it was race related or she’s scared of COVID even though I was not there for COVID.I was misdiagnosed went to MedCheck today for an accurate diagnosis and a much better patient experience.
Don't come here for anything! Only 5 ppl waiting, but took 1.5 hrs to answer the phone. Nurse put me back on hold for 15 additional minutes to run my cc... I got the confirmation text within the first 2 mins. Ppl are literally sitting OUTSIDE in cars and waiting on hold in 85° temps, with their children... Then the same Nurse had the nerve to be rude and huffy once we finally made it inside... With the way of the world right now, having to tell medical professionals to be more considerate is sad! Had the same test as my fiance, still haven't received results. The results for his test are already back. Had mine done 2 days prior. No one will help me.
This is my 4 year old grandbaby. Was rushed to Immediate care on 10th St, Indianapolis yesterday afternoon. My daughter called several times on the way there, kept going to vm. When she got there she jumped out and took him to the door, he was still bleeding and stuff coming out and trying to sleep. She knocked on the door and then banging it.
