When my Father transitioned in March of 2016 they took wonderful care of him from the moment they came to pick his remains up from his home. The man promised to take very good care of him. During the planning stage, Melissa was absolutely fabulous. She treated my sister and I with respect and care. Going over and beyond to attend to our needs. A lady came and said everybody had to get out unless they were kids or the husband and was very disrespectful but we had no issue then someone made the remark that she was rude and that if we all wanted to be there then someone should have stepped up and paid for a better service. To have someone judge someone for what they can afford. They gave the company that pays you your check their business. Just very disappointed and would NEVER use their services no matter how much money I have.

Melissa was AMAZING at helping my mother and I plan my dad's funeral last month. She listened and helped us take care of every small detail. She had a kind heart for the unexpected passing of my dad as well as a sense of humor all at the right times. Humor is much needed when you're dealing with this. My dad had a sense of humor that would have enjoyed hers. Melissa was perfect! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market.

We did my moms service here, and I have to say we absolutely loved the way they did things, everyone there was so sweet and caring and went above and beyond making our last goodbye a special one. And a special thanks to Dawn and Melissa for making sure we had anything and everything we needed.
