On Tuesday, June 12, 2022, I purchased a used car for my son in Virginia Beach. 1999 Chrysler 300M. Having formerly being an ASE certified technician, I was fully aware that things might pop up, regarding repairs, and preventative maintenance. They are great! They are very welcoming and friendly. In my two experiences with them I've seen that the owner really cares for his employees and works to make sure customers are well taken care of. Service is awesome, they thoroughly explain everything and really go the extra mile. It can be hard to find an auto shop you can trust and I'm happy to have found this one! These guys know what they are doing and will get you back on the road in no time!
Scammers!!! Wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars!!! They will take your old parts off your car, clean em, put em back on, n tell you they are replacing old parts with new. Will hold your car for absolutely NO reason and lie repeating the parts are shipping when most of their parts are ordered through Auto Zone, a few doors down! My car was NEVER fixed for the initial reasons it was submitted and only got worse! Not to add my car wasn't put back together properly and missing bolts under the hood!
