Mark, Richie, Holly, and Brian are the most down to earth people I have ever met at a motorcycle dealer. This store was not even the first store I looked at my bike in (purchased June 2017). Something at the other Indian location did not feel right and boy am I glad I came to Indian Motorcycle Charlotte. Place is awesome love going there. The guys in service are easy to deal with and do a great job answering my questions. The sales area is very nice and the people are friendly.
One of the better Indian Dealers I’ve been to. When I travel, I look for a shop to visit. Holly was great to visit with and helped me a bunch. I will be back!
Just brought home my 2017 Roadmaster and had a great experience . This is my second bike I have bought from you and in both cases I was very happy with your staff . What really impressed me was when I had to call and cancel my original plans to pick up my bike the first thing Holly asked me was are you okay as it was a very windy day and I have an hour and a half ride to your dealership . We stopped in a little after 5pm yesterday and had a great experience. We were the only customers and the staff were very helpful...even after we told them Cherokee Cycles was making a Chieftain into a Trike for us. Lol. Best selection of bikes, clothing and accessories of any Indian dealer we have been to...and we stop every time we see one. We bought shirts, do rags, neck covers, a sign etc. Great experience.
