My post is directed to the mgmt. of IM Charlotte. I'm from out of town, own a Roadmaster, and stopped by your dealership passing thru Charlotte. Thought I'd buy a shirt, look at the bikes, etc. Was in store about 15 min, looked at bikes, checked out clothing, went back to look at bikes...not one employee acknowledged I was there, no one asked if they could help. Great staff, prices are really good, there are three pre owned on the floor and are SO reasonably priced. Go see them and see for your self
And they ship world wide! as far as I am concerned there is no place else to go.
