5 Stars This is the best place to go. Purchased my first Indian and Ryan was the best salesman. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful going over each bike and never pushy. Tim was a great help as well. After paperwork was signed instead of making you feel like a random customer, they make you feel like family.
I was greeted outside and inside wonderfully. its is such a huge and beautiful place. friendly service with a wealth of knowledge. I'll be back.

I first called Indian of Charlotte to inquire about a new bike for the wife. Erica Marie answered all my questions about the possibility of the new bike. She had previously worked for Lloyd's Performance in NY . Which I understand they have a Certified Lloyd's Garage at this location. She was knowledgeable , professional and easy to talk to about upgrades, warranty and the complete options that were available. We plan to return on the 29th to participate in the Anniversary celebration to possibly secure her new Indian.

Bought my new Indian here earlier this month, and had the 500-mile service performed there today. Great staff, friendly environment, professional standards, customer appreciation shown by everyone. Service performed with precision. This is a great place to do business with.
