Really a great experience! Ironically, I bought a Harley but I couldn't have gotten it from a better place. Erica was awesome, very accommodating, and made the bike buying process very enjoyable! They have a fantastic service manager, Richie Ward. I recently had an accident on the highway and needed to tow my bike to their shop. He waited for me for almost 2 hours after the place closed! That’s top notch service!
Me and my buddy came all the way down from Ohio to get work done to our Indians and all I have to say is WOW! They treated us like family and even went as far as opening the door for you when you walk in and that wasn’t the best part. Not only did they meet our expectations on tuning along with outstanding parts and service but we got to meet Lloyd and Tim! This whole adventure was so worth the drive and we’ll be doing more business with Indian Motorcycle of Charlotte in the future.
