VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR RESORT. BOOKED ONLINE AND GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM YOUR BOOKING VENDOR PARTNER AS I HAVE STAYED AT YOUR RESORT A FEW TIMES BEFORE AND LOVED IT. WELL, YOU JUST CALLED AND CANCELLED MY CONFIRMED BOOKING A DAY BEFORE WE ARE SET TO COME UP. A WHOLE TRIP WASTED!!!! HORRIBLE. YOU GUYS HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND WORD OF MOUTH SPREADS. VERY SAD BUSINESS MODEL. MY ADVICE TO TRAVELERS IS HAVE A BACKUP PLAN CAUSE CONFIRMATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS BUSINESS.

We LOVE the Indian Head!!!! Whenever we tell our boys (ages 5&7) that we are going up north, they immediately ask to go Indian Head. Our youngest is Autistic and kind of quirky but the staff is great with him! We love the pools year round. In the summer we love to hike around the pond or to use the paddle boats. The scenery is fantastic no matter when you go. We have been going since before having kids and we will continue to go even after they leave the nest!
