Great place for adults and kids. Staff was super friendly. Loved sitting in the lounge by the fireplace listening to live music....then being able to take our kid to the outdoor pool in the middle of February.
I enjoyed it. Definitely worth have been even better if we had snowmobiles.
We stayed for one night for the Ice Castles. Check in was fast.Staff was always friendly, and anything you might need they were there for you. Breakfast was amazing at the restaurant. The view of the man in the mountain from our room was spectacular. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will be staying again, maybe in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor activities.
Absolutely disgusting room. Cobwebs everywhere, very run down and out dated. Woke up to ants all over the bed and our bags. Terrible customer service at the front desk. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Had a great time staff was friendly and courteous loved the outdoor heated pool our room was clean and the beds were comfy.
Room was spacious with an amazing view. Front desk very nice and helpful, a lot for the kids which was great! The WORST part was our dining experience from the moment we were asked how many were in our party.The hostess immediately responded with "we'll I have to see if there is a wait" restaurant was empty... 2 families, party of 7, which really isn't that big?!?
