We just arrived today with a 6 yr old who is so excited to be here and then two 10 month old twins...so far our room smells disgusting like beer and vomit. We went to the front desk this evening around 5pm to see if they could send someone to clean it or even switch rooms and the woman said that they didn't have any rooms available and that the cleaner wouldn't be back until tomorrow but "if we need anything more to call the front desk". Really? She offered us to sign up for the meal plan which was also offered to us at chec... read more

I have stayed at Indian Head probably 30 times since 2001 and have recommended it to many friends along the way. Clean rooms, big tvs, awesome views, good food, entertainment at Thunderbird lounge and activities for kids are just some of the things to look forward to when booking with Indian Head Resort. In my opinion there is no better bang for your buck in Nh lodging. I now live in Tamworth so we no longer need to stay at Indian Head but often still visit for dinner and a casual cocktail or 2.

My fiancé and I didn't stay here, but we recently met with Jen, the wedding coordinator and ended up booking the venue for our Fall 2018 wedding. She was so accommodating, full of information and tips and even gave us Indian Head beer mugs on the house courtesy of the owner when we booked. We felt at home as soon as we came in. The property is gorgeous and the reception room is just as beautiful. I can't wait for our wedding!

The cottage we stayed in needed a little up-dating, but it was charming. They should put Hooks on the walls for hanging coats and wet snow pants. That would have helped tremendously. The pools were fantastic. I would suggest not to go during a school vacation, because the teenagers deciced to have a snow ball fight in the outside pool. ( It's all fun, till somebody loses an eye. Lolo). The Outside Hot Tub was amazing. The entertainment was phenomenal . I believe his name was Jim Connors. He sounded amazing. And a big KISS to... read more

The check in was easy - staff was pleasant - room was adequate - stay started with my granddaughter falling because of the walkway covered in ice - they put ice melt on it after I called. - not concerned really about her though - after ten pm the room next to us was partying loudly - I did end up having to call front desk (times three) to ask them to please lower it - they did accommodate this thank heavens - but it restarted at 6 am when they were leaving their room again Honestly wasn't really impressed - was disappointed
