Please do not order from this company. They reserve the right to send you the wrong product (substitution), not what you ordered. What is the point of placing an order for something specifically not to get what you ordered? I may as well have just provided them my money and see what random item they send. Once I received the wrong moss, I called and sent pictures. They agreed it was incorrect and I should be receiving a replacement order. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews and investigated with the BBB. Like others, I too am a victim of this company. The trees I received were not the size ordered and arrived dead. The carpet moss was a hodge-podge of various mosses, and did not cover the specified area. When I complained, they referred me to the "warranty", which is not really a warranty but is a way to absolve the company of their guarantee to deliver live trees. Dishonest seller! I ordered 4-5 ft tall pine trees and they came in a 4 ft tall box. Since the tree root structure takes up 8 inches in the box there was only 40 inches left for the above ground tree measurement. They also included this year's new growth in their measurement, which is not acceptable in the industry. I sent them pictures; they admitted their deceit, so they refunded me the difference between their 3-4 foot trees and the 4-5 foot trees but refused to take the trees back and ship out the correct ones. NO STARS! I ordered a bare root tree from them, it arrived with the top 6" broken off due to poor packaging. I contacted them within 24 hours of receiving the order, promised to send another. A month later, after several emails, they said there would be no replacement because the trees had "lost dormancy". I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute and had there charges reversed. This company is a complete scam. They sell dead trees stating they are just dormant, dormant trees have root systems... what they sell is just a dead stick. Forget about customer service, they hang up on you. Tell you to pay to ship it back. No refunds, no guarantees. All lies! BUYER BEWARE
Do not buy from TN nursery !!!! I ordered 5 trumpet vines and paid $30 for them, when I received a 18" square card board brox all broken on all sides, I opened it and find 5 little roots inside a zip log bag, they where dried up and broke in my hands. A week after I received the package , I received an email to let me know my plants have been shipped !!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered 25 sugar maple trees ... I paid by check and sent the check the day after in early April. According to their shipping schedule I would have received it at the end of April to get it in the ground. I ordered and received a bare-root sassafras tree. When it arrived, I planted it the same day. I have a yard full of successful bare-root plants, but this one had almost NO ROOTS, which was a red flag. I waited for a full month, while caring for the plant constantly, the plant never sprouted, and is obviously dead. Then, today, I contacted the nursery on site and asked for a replacement.
