Ordered 300 tree seedlings in the hope of finding a quality small order supplier for our tree farm. We are dissatisfied. Survival rate less than 10%. Root-to-shoot ratio is poor, maybe 25% root relative to shoot which leads to very poor survival, seedlings that do survive initially will require longer shock recovery and may not recover at all. This is a totally unresponsive company. I ordered 25 trees, only two trees were delivered. Over the last two weeks, I have left several messages with customer service asking them to call me back, I sent two emails explaining the problem and have gotten no response back from them whatsoever. Looks like I am going to the credit card company as my next step to get my money back

They send no plants, flowers or trees, only dead sticks and roots. Their website says “we send plants not seeds.” It’s all a scam! What plants?

If I could give a zero I would... Website says they ship Priority Mail so plants are fine for the 2-3 day ship. I ordered $300 in plants... they decided to save money and ship Parcel Select at 8 DAYS shipping... on 8th day when they arrived I refused the delivery of (dead) plants.... THEY ARE FIGHTING ME WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Extremely poor customer service. They do not respond to your inquiry, take 2-3 weeks to even process your order. When I was advised of this (after) my order I requested they cancel the order. After three tries they finally responded it was not too late to cancel the order. THIEVES.....RUN!!!!!!!!!!!! Placed 2 orders, 1 wholesale & 1 retail same day. Wholesale order arrived with 2 missing trees & other 8 broken due to being placed in too short a box. Customer service rep was rude. Said she'd get back to me on missing trees. I said I wanted them shipped out since I paid for them. I also said to cancel retail order since it was not yet shipped out. She got nasty & said she would not cancel it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get this resolved. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I literally just placed an order and called them to change one thing on my order. They would not call my back. Instead they sent me a curt email not even saying who they were. They said orders can’t be charged. I’ve never heard of a company not allowing for a change on a non-shipped just placed order!! And rude too.

Do not buy I bought ten four foot trees two are four foot the rest are 2 foot. Also purchased 10 bags of starter soil and received a SMALL trash bag the kind you use in the bathroom trash half full. The website said 10 bags not one. I could have purchased this locally for a total of $20.00. They charged me $80.00 and I cannot request a refund from my credit card company because it has been over 60 days from the time they charged me until I received them.
