We have been using them for 30 years so we are obviously satisfied. Ervin has always been responsive when a problem came up between monthly visits (ant invasion, stinkbug hatching, lady bug swarms, etc). We will not move into a new home until they have eliminated all pests indise. We have also transferred our termite contract with each new home purchase. If they are running late for an appointment they will call and let you know.
Very rude and argumentative! After the purchase of my home there was no follow up and after speaking with Ervin he didn’t want to handle the situation at hand and the secretary she was very rude and dismissive of the current situation. Would not recommend to anyone!!
