Lack of Communication coming from the staff. I have been trying to file a grievance against a staff member as well as the executive director of the Clubhouse but so far I am not being allowed to file a grievance. I am sick and tired of the Clubhouse lies as well as the hypocrisy coming from staff. Maybe negative media exposure is what the Independence Center needs. I highly discourage people from joining the Independence Center because it is really not worth it.
RecommendedThe staff are always there to help you when you need. They are genuine and you can tell that they really care. In the short time I have been a member my life has really improved!
