tables need to be cleaner,The way I saw the coffee filters being dumped made me not want any more coffee due to bacteria exposure

I would like to say thank you to the management or staff (1pm-4pm) that yelled at my 3yr old autistic son and that continued to yell at him after being told by his father that he was autistic. Most professional management/staff would address it with the parent/ guardian if there was an issue but you didn’t and continued to carry on.... not cool
We drove over an hour away to come here and when we got there, the doors were locked and it was during their business hours. We called them and apparently there was a buy out for that day. It would be appreciative if there was a social media post or on their website. Very disappointed. We’ve been going here for years.
Just showed up at 6 PM to have dinner and game night for my daughter‘s 6th birthday. Lights are off and doors are locked. Facebook hours show they are open. Hours of operation on the door show that they should be open. Not sure what’s going on. But my daughter sure is disappointed
I have been taking my family here for many years & never disappointed, great food & games.
