we got to Incredible Pizza about 7pm, was not told that the buffet closed at 8:30. we sat down when we got there ate a little bit and went and played games, came back to the food area to eat again and all the food was gone without any warning. the kids were just so excited to play that we just had a few pieces of pizza thinking that we would come back and eat the greater portion after the games. so I don't feel like I got my money's worth on part. when I mentioned to a worker about this, there was no empathy or even a sincer... read more

planed all week taking the kids up there for thier birthday celebration, checking the calendar on the website , making sure they are open. drove 45 mins to find out the some rich person rented out the whole place and if your not part of his or her birthday party you cannot come in! not noted on the calendar.

My family and I are 1st timers. We celebrelated my sons birthday. Our host Mckinsley was great. The service was great and Jalapeño and Pepperoni Pizza was amazing. We will definitely be returning customers. Loved it! Thank you for making my sons birthday memorable.
Within 5 minutes of being in the game room I witnessed at least a dozen people not wearing masks. The Springfield health department needs to shut this place down. I informed an employee and they said they wouldn’t enforce the law. This is exactly how you spread disease.
Fun place. Love the go-carts.
brought my son here for his birthday and the food was trash. the service was horrible and the cinnamon rolls were hard. my daughter literally stabbed the cinnamon roll and it bent the fork.
