They just changed their rules, now you have to buy a buffet in order to buy a game card. Whoever came up with this rule needs to be fired. Couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve came here so my son could play games, he never wants to eat. So now I’m paying for a 9 Dollar buffet that I will never use in order to even buy a game card.

Disappointing customer service at the front desk. My grandmother wanted to treat her family to a fun afternoon of lunch and games. We had never visited before. We asked what pricing options there were and mentioned we had 2 members of our party over 55. He said no one in our party looked over 55. He repeatedly said she was “supposedly over 55”. She is 78! When we asked his name to leave a comment he would only tell us his name was “Mr. Incredible”.
