Scummy Company 1. They use scare-tactics to keep you using their services. 2. After we closed our account with them, they intentionally notified the tax agency where our business used to operate, as a way to "get back" at us for closing our account. Truly despicable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

InCorp services has responsibilities when a client closes down their business and requests inCorp to no longer be the registered agent of record. InCorp services requires a business entity to either present legal documentation of the company's dissolution or request InCorp to resign as a the legal registered agent thus releasing InCorp of the legal responsibilities of being the clients registered agent provider. I had great service from Ginny Duke at Incorp during a chat. She was able to help me process name and address changes for my two corporations. She also was able to help me save money going forward. Pleasant interaction all around.

Upon closing down services with InCorp, I anticipated a prorated refund of the services I paid for. The "Entity Status Specialist" told me "no refund" but the "Customer Care Specialist" told me "yes- full refund." I guess employee titles are clearly are misleading. Otherwise, no complaints.

Incorp services was recommended to me as the company to get as an agent if creating business. I am clearly a believer now as well. They are a class act and take very good care of their clients who sign on and also in understanding when clients may shut down their business and work with them to clear everything up properly. Very impressed and highly recommend if looking for an agent or even if you were not. I would highly consider Incorp Services. Marc W.
I used their services for 2 years and had a great experience with Incorp, Jack S************ was able to help me cancel my services because I no longer needed my LLC and no longer needed registered agent services that Incorp offered. Incorp made the process very easy and I would recommend them to anyone who needs registered agent services.
I would not recommend them at all. They get you to sign up for a time limited contract (ex: 1 year, 2 year, etc.), but continue to charge you even if you choose to not renew. Apparently there is fine print in their contract that allows them to do so, but that was not made clear to me when I signed up and the fact that you sign up for a specific amount of time makes any reasonable person think that you would have to actually renew with them for them to be able to continue charging you.
