Response to my inquiry was prompt, informative, and courteous. InCorp is great!
We have been using Incorp Services for years and were moved into the VIP department earlier this year. Throughout our time with Incorp we have struggled to get in contact with our representatives making it difficult to get help and assistance in a timely manner. When I was finally able to get in contact with our current representative, Nicole, to request a new representative she informed me that the expected response time is 1-3 business days, but if we ever got a response from her it would be weeks. These guys are a nightmare to deal with they have harassed me for years
Excellent & Awesome response time by Autumn today. She jumped right in and handled our request immediately and even walked me through step by step. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This isn't the first time Autumn has assisted us. She keeps on delivering time and time again. Keep up the Excellent customer service Autumn.
These people continue to harass you after you have notified them you want them to be removed as your registered agent and no longer have a registered agent on file for your business. This was done years ago and they try to claim you need to do something else to stop their harassment. They clearly need to do something else other than make themselves unable to be reached by phone and continue to send unsolicited invoices that they have no right to and have offered no service. Scammers! Make it clear you just want your articles done with them.. Make sure they don't list themselves as your filing agency.. charging for doing nothing for your business

This account has been using InCorp Services as the Registered Agent since 2016 ( over 5 years) . Without a registered agent listed with the secretary of state, the business entity would not have been filed when the articles were submitted. The Registered agent is in place to receive and forward Service of Process documents.

Incorp made it incredibly easy to setup our registered agent for a few new entities. Billing was a snap. When we switched registered agents, one of our entities was not recorded, and we continued to receive billing notices from Incorp. Although setting up our accounts was easy online, it lacked "personal attention" (this is the only reason for not giving 5 stars), However, Roberto provided excellent customer service to correct this situation by voiding all billing since our agent transfer date.
