BEWARE - This company with continue to bill you forever if you administrational dissolve. I was told by former employees that "Your account is closed", "Complete" and will not be billed further. We have been Incorp Services, Inc. customers since 2007 when we opened. We've never had a problem with them. They are great about communicating and forwarding notices they receive. Nothing bad to say about them. As long as we're in business and they're in business we'll be solidly with them!
