Couldn't tell you if the registered agent services are worth it because I never needed it. But I can tell you that once you sign up you will never be free of them. Cancel the service? Still going to bill you. Then they'll threaten your credit with collections for services not rendered after they were no longer your registered agent because they refuse to stop the service. That's obviously part of the business plan. Few people willing to ding their credit with collections over $250, so they can extort everyone who ever signed... read more

InCorp Services strongly encourages all clients naming InCorp as their agent to read the terms of use highlighting the methods to discontinue use when appropriate. As an agent service provider, InCorp is required to maintain services until one of the three methods of discontinuing services is met-completed. InCorp has legal obligations as a service provider and simply cannot discontinue services. Incorp will work diligently with clients however to work to an amicable solution to resolve their issues and concerns
Horrible Company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would rate them at a minus 5 start if it were possible for dishonest business practices. It's not surprising once you read the reviews on Glass Door about them from their own employees. I am one of those unfortunate customers who they won't let loose. Even when they are paid up to date and you notify them that your company is out of business, or has moved States or that you have a new Registrar; whatever the reason they will claim that your account is not paid up to date and tell you... read more

We used Incorp Services for several years and had no complaints. We recently closed our account with them - the reason for this had nothing to do with the quality of service from Incorp - and I received excellent service from Christopher Lebron, Customer Care Lead. He assisted me through the entire process with a pleasant and professional attitude. He really made the entire process painless. Thanks Chris! I would definitely use Incorp again.

We have been using InCorp for years now and have never been disappointed. I especially appreciate the live chat feature and have used it frequently through the years, obtaining quick and courteous answers to my questions. Truly wonderful customer service, which is, sadly, a rarity these days. Highly recommend.

Too bad I can't do a negative star. I had to use a service when I moved out of the state of Vermont for our farm corporation. I sold it in 2014, closed everything to do with it in 2015 after filing taxes etc. Last email I have from Incorp is June 2015. Well they charged me $148 June 2019 for their services. I contacted them and my credit card. They sent fraudulent paperwork with an old address I have moved since 2015 and the signature they cut and pasted clearly shows 2015! They credited $113 and charged ME a late fee of $35... read more
Avoid these guys. Incorp used to be a great company in the past. However, we stopped using Incorp because of the terrible customer service. We hired another registered agent, which way cheaper and responsive to any inquiries. Surprisingly, they simply charged our Credit Card without our authorization or even notification about their intention for another year of service. The account had a renewal due date of July 20, 2019. No payment was issued so the option is to charge the clients card on file. Client contacted InCorp via email to discuss at which time InCorp was still listed as the Company's service provider.
