Incore residential was very reasonable during the covid pandemic, and they did waive late fees or over a year, that helped many who had lost their jobs. The manager on the property I was at made sure every resident knew that there was assistance available and would give you a list of all of the items that you needed to bring, put it all together, wit with you and help with the application for assistance. I lived at Montego Bay Apartments in Ft. Myers, Florida. The owners and managers, Property Counselors Management Group (PCMG), now called Incore Residential located in both Fort Myers and St. Petersburg falsified an eviction against me while I was out of the state, entered my apartment without legal notice and stole everything I owned. Their excuse was that they misapplied the rent I had prepaid to other accounts.
