As a new resident at Incanto I have enjoyed my stay immensely, and Indya Bowden my leasing agent was beyond helpful in getting me settled. One of my favorite aspects of the Incanto is its friendly atmosphere. Since moving in, I have been absolutely amazed by the high quality of service that is provided from the concierge desk. I moved to Incanto August of 2024 and I absolutely love it! The facilities are great, maintenance is always responsive and prompt, and most importantly the concierge staff is amazing! Ms. Dorcas, Ms. Keela, and honestly the entire staff makes me feel so welcomed and well taken care of! The monthly events and gifts are a great addition to their already superb service!! Without them my experience would not be as wonderful as it has been!!
I’m thankful for all the help and assistance I have received from the front desk and team. Dorcas always makes sure the residents feel at home and at ease and creates a welcoming environment when hosting resident events and more. Asia has really been the most helpful in assisting me changing units. Indya is always very helpful and available to answer my many questions and Assita is always pleasant and friendly, whom I’ve had many conversations with. All the concierge ladies, really, are very pleasant and attentive.
I’ve been at incanto for close to 3 years now and have always felt at home. The concierge staff is all lovely and makes me feel welcome. Regarding the property, it’s in a great location close to the water, and the building is always kept clean, safe and quiet.
This is a fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend. What makes this place feel like home is the staff that work here. They are very attentive and host fun events. The apartment is new and has all the modern facilities. There no major issues such as noise or anything along those lines.
