I was told I was getting a Brand I requested for Kerotin treatment. It was in the bottle named with that brand but was NOT brand I paid more for and confirmed. I tried to meet with Manager and she would not speak to me. Since this is a chemical, and I wanted specific brand I am furious...I have no idea what they used on my hair.

I've gone here for a massage with cupping, a facial, hair cut, style, and highlight, as well as makeup and have had all positive experiences. Everyone who works there is super nice. They are attentive and I won't go anywhere else now.
